How do I write the page range?
Commas separate individual pages and a dash makes a range. So 1-3, 7, 12-15 gives you pages 1, 2, 3, 7, 12, 13, 14 and 15.
What do I get when I split every page?
A ZIP archive containing one PDF per page, named after the original file plus the page number.
Does splitting change the page content?
Not at all. Pages are copied byte-for-byte into the new document, so fonts, links and image quality are preserved.
Can I split a very large PDF?
Yes, though a document of several hundred megabytes will use a lot of memory. On a phone, splitting in smaller batches is more reliable.
