PDF Tools

Work with PDF documents

The five things people actually need a PDF tool for, done properly.

Image Tools

Convert and optimise images

Batch conversion, real compression, exact dimensions and 2K/4K upscaling — without a desktop app.

Why we built it this way

Most online PDF tools ask you to hand over the file first.

That is a strange bargain. You upload a contract, a passport scan or a medical report to a stranger's server, wait for it to come back, and hope it was deleted afterwards. We took the other route: the entire toolset is JavaScript that runs on your machine. There is no upload step to worry about, because there is no upload.

More about how it works

No sign-up, not even optional

There is no account system at all. Nothing to register, nothing to verify, no password to forget and no marketing list to escape from later.

Free for life, with no asterisk

Not a trial, not a freemium hook. No daily cap, no file-size paywall, no watermark, and no premium tier that appears halfway through a batch.

Faster than uploading

A 40 MB PDF takes minutes to upload on a home connection. Here it is processed in seconds, because it never moves off your device.

Private by construction

Not a promise in a policy document but a property of the architecture. Nothing to store means nothing to breach.

Straight answers

Free for life, no sign-up, no limits — and here is why that is true

Every free file tool says it is free. Here is exactly what we mean by it, and what makes it sustainable.

Is this really free, or is there a paid tier later?

It is free for life, with no asterisk. There is no premium plan, no trial period and no feature held back behind a paywall. Every tool on the site does the complete job at no cost, today and in the future.

Do I need to sign up or create an account?

No. There is no account system at all — nothing to register, no email address to hand over, no verification link and no password. Open a tool and it is already working.

Is there a daily limit on how many files I can process?

There is no daily limit and no hourly limit. Process one file or five hundred, today and again tomorrow. Because the work happens on your own device rather than our servers, there is no cost for us to ration.

Are the files watermarked?

Never. What comes out is your document or image, unbranded and unaltered apart from the operation you asked for.

Is there a maximum file size?

We impose no limit. The only real ceiling is your device memory, which on a modern laptop comfortably handles files of several hundred megabytes. Phones manage less, so very large jobs are more reliable on a computer.

Are my files uploaded to your servers?

No, and this is the part that makes everything else possible. Every tool is JavaScript running inside your browser. Your file is read from your disk, processed in your device memory, and saved straight back to your downloads folder. It never travels to us, so there is nothing for us to store, sell or lose in a breach.

How can you afford to give this away?

Because it costs us almost nothing to run. Traditional file tools pay for servers, storage and bandwidth for every single upload, which is why they need subscriptions or aggressive limits. We serve a web page once and your own device does the work.

Do the tools work on a phone?

Yes. Everything is designed for touch and works in mobile browsers on both Android and iPhone. Very large files are the one place a desktop has the advantage, simply because it has more memory to work with.

Pick a tool and get on with your day

No sign-up, no cost now or later, and no upload to sit through. Choose what you need and it just works.
