Privacy Policy

The short version

We do not receive your files. Every PDF and image tool on this site runs entirely inside your browser, so the documents and photos you work with never reach our servers. There is no upload step, no temporary storage, and no deletion schedule to trust, because there is nothing to delete.

We do, however, show advertising and measure traffic, and those services set cookies. This policy explains exactly what that means.

Who we are

This site is operated by Eversline LLC, a limited liability company registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States. You can reach us through our contact page.

Files you process

When you select a file, your browser reads it into memory on your own device. All processing happens there. The finished file is written straight back to your downloads folder. At no point is the file transmitted to Eversline LLC or to any third party. Closing the tab clears everything from memory.

Information we do collect

Standard server logs. Our web host records ordinary request data when you load a page: IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamp. This is used for security and to keep the site running, and is retained for a limited period by the host.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to count page views and understand which tools are useful. This measures pages, not people, and never touches the contents of your files. Google Analytics may set cookies and process your IP address. You can opt out site-wide using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Messages you send us. If you write to us through the contact form, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.

Advertising

This site is supported by advertising. We do not charge for the tools, so ads are what keep them free.

Google AdSense and the DoubleClick cookie. Google is a third-party vendor on this site. Google uses cookies, including the DoubleClick DART cookie, to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites on the internet.

Your choices. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting aboutads.info or the NAI opt-out page. If you opt out you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.

Third-party vendors and ad networks. Third-party vendors and ad networks may also serve ads on this site. These companies may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to measure the effectiveness of their advertising and to personalise the ads you see. We do not control these cookies and we do not have access to any personal data they collect. Their use of this information is governed by their own privacy policies, which you should consult directly.

What advertisers never receive. The files you open in our tools are never transmitted anywhere, so no advertiser, ad network or analytics provider can see, read or receive them. This is a technical property of how the site is built, not a promise we could quietly reverse.

Cookies

The tools themselves do not require cookies. Cookies on this site fall into three groups:

  • Necessary. WordPress may set a cookie if you leave a comment or log in as an administrator. Your cookie-consent choice is also stored in a cookie so we do not have to ask you again.
  • Analytics. Set by Google Analytics to count visits and measure which pages are used.
  • Advertising. Set by Google and other advertising partners to serve and measure ads, and to limit how often you see the same ad.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings without affecting the tools. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before setting analytics or advertising cookies, and you can change or withdraw that consent at any time from the cookie settings link in our footer.

Third-party code

Some tools load open-source libraries from a public CDN (jsDelivr) at the moment you use them. Your browser requests the library file, which means the CDN can see your IP address, in the same way any website resource does. The library is code we send to you; your file is never sent in the other direction.

International transfers

Our hosting, analytics and advertising providers operate servers in the United States and elsewhere. Where data such as your IP address is transferred outside your country, those providers rely on their own approved transfer mechanisms, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Because we hold almost nothing about you, most data requests resolve quickly. If you are in the EU, UK or California and want to know what we hold, request a copy, correct it, or ask us to delete it, write to us and we will respond within the period your law requires. California residents also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; we do not sell personal information, and you can disable advertising cookies using the cookie settings link in our footer.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above. The core commitment — that your files stay on your device — is architectural, and is not something a policy update will quietly reverse.
