Useful things to include
If a tool did not work, these details let us fix it far faster:
- Which tool you were using
- Your browser and device — for example Chrome on Windows, or Safari on an iPhone
- Roughly how large the file was and how many files you selected
- Any message that appeared on screen
Please do not send us the file itself. We do not need it, and given that the whole point of this site is that your documents stay with you, we would rather not have it.
Suggesting a tool
We are happy to hear ideas. The one constraint is that anything we add has to run in the browser — if a tool would require uploading your files to a server, we will turn it down, however popular it might be.
